Join the Bismarck Historical Society as local architectural historian, Emily Sakariassen, provides a then-and-now look at the Bismarck Commercial Club's 1923 photo book. For decades, the precursor to today's Chamber of Commerce produced promotional booklets highlighting Bismarck's most attractive assets, in an effort to entice visitors and potential new residents. One hundred years later, many of these places are recognizable, while others have been lost to the annals of time.
